baby joy
My little man has a twinkle in his eyes and the way he looks at me so lovingly, studying his momma's face is so endearing. I love his big baby fists and how studies his hands. I love how he captures my hand and uses it for teething purposes. I love his big cheeks and how peacefully he sleeps. I love how he smiles warmly at his big bro. I love his dimpled chin. I even love the rolls of fat on his thighs and the curls in his hair. Can't forget the hairy shoulder when he was a newborn. His first steps at 10 mos.
Be positive
It's hard sometimes to look at the positive but I believe there are angels on this earth that help put things into perspective. Keep open to hear angels and let their light flow within you. Brush off the negative and stand up straight. Find humor and live everyday by embracing every moment with gratitude, blessings, and just as they are.

baby brother
I'm so glad I had another one. Another sweet boy to our brood. He is so precious and what surprises me is how different he is from my older one. Just as special and just as unique but definitely different. His smiles melt my heart and he has the most chubby cheeks. I loved that he knew how to blow bubbles. He looks at me lovingly and that is so rewarding.

Things that my little one says
So I knew this day would come, my preschooler announced that he will marry his mommy someday. I said what about daddy? He said daddy can be the 'butler'. The lil bro to be can be the 'commissioner'.

spiritual roller coaster ride
we suffer, acknowledge it
embrace the suffering, let yourself feel the suffering (before stopping it so you can find the origin of it)
keep mindful intentions and awareness of the interconnected world
we are conditioned beings, we need to detach ourselves in reflection to understand our individual distortions
we can act a certain way but we are fooling ourselves when we do not lead from the heart
the heart plays tricks on us thus the need to reassess our actions through examining origins of suffering and meditation
we are only human, never perfect
live in the present, happiness is a fleeting moment.
