John Keats wrote in a letter, "I cannot bear flashes of light and return to my glooms again". Thats how I feel lately.

vulnerability

I for one am not closed to the point where I prevent exposing some vulnerability, in the sense that without exposing some, how would you let anyone in? I'm not afraid to speak to truth of how I feel, regardless of controversy.

Lil one was playing with each bar of the gate and singing the musical scale without getting one key wrong. Amazing...

Brain and Heart - One in the same?

I really have a hard time accepting that the brain and the 'heart' is one in the same. Leo Tolstoy wrote in a letter: "When the intelligence asks, they answer well; but when the heart aches and begs for an answer, there is no support or consolation."

My logical brain tells me something but my emotional heart tells me another. So how is it coming from one in the same source?
