I accidentally spilled super glue onto the carpet and stepped on it. For a minute there I panicked because I was stuck but was able to reach some scissors and snip the carpet away from my foot, whew.
I witnessed the little one's first kiss? at school today. He kissed another one year old on the cheek and she was unphased, just smiling the whole time. So sweet.

love of fries
I've been eating Mcdee's for lunch and would give a few fries to the little one when I picked him up from the sitter. He started getting used to it that the other day he reached his hand towards me while he was in his carseat expecting me to give him fries. So I'll be slowing down on fast food for now.

Bubble tea
I am so addicted to bubble tea. I wish I had a nearby go-to place for it. I love the chewy tapioca pearls and the wide fun straws and the icy tea drink. Errr, when is Starbucks going to add it to their menu?
Spa World
There's a Korean spa that opened up in Centrevillle, VA. I love it! As soon as I walked in I felt like I was transported back to Korea. The women's bath area is huge and has a gi-normous whirlpool pool with different massaging water stations and fountains. There are smaller pools with differing temperatures with different things like the aloe pool, tea pool etc. There's also a dry sauna and wet sauna. The hot rooms (additional charge) is basically a jjim-jil-bang with a multitude of hot rooms. There is a red clay room where the ground is laced with red clay marbles and you lie down on the very warm marbles and melt into the them. There is a jewel hut, at 150 degrees it is warm but the jewel-encrusted mosaic walls are a pleasure to the eyes. Theres's also a cold room at 40 degrees the walls are laced with what looks like inner refrigerator/freezer piping, I felt like I walked into a human fridge. In the main area of the hot rooms there is an open floor to sit/lie down and watch TV. Also on the side is a cafe that serves boba and iced coffee and also a restaurant that serves the Korean food staples. What's good about it is that you don't have to carry your wallet around to buy food to eat as it is processed by the locker bracelet you get when you check in. It's $35 for both the hot rooms and spa but if you have several hours to kill I think it is worth it. I can't wait to go back.
